UV inkjet printer features UVLED light source

UV inkjet printers are named for the use of UV inks. The UV inkjet printer is equipped with UV curing lamps (mercury lamp

and LED lamp), which can make samples print immediately after printing, drying, etc. This feature greatly facilitates both

production and sampling. Itspersonalized production model has also made unprecedented breakthroughs in the processing

industry.UV inkjet printers use UVLED light sources with the following characteristics.

1.Super long service life. UVLED system life is at least 20,000 hours! Traditional UV lamps have a life of only 1,000 hours, and

the lamp tube needs to be replaced frequently in the future, and the curing energy curve changes greatly and is unstable. And

UVLED curing energy changes are small, stable, and predictable, which makes the quality of printing results stable, reliable,

   and predictable.

2.Power saving, energy saving and cost saving. Compared with a traditional UV lamp (a traditional UV lamp is calculated based

on the minimum energy required for the machine to run), a UVLED system can save at least half of the electricity cost in

actual operation. In addition, UVLED lamps do not require warm-up time, and are ready to use, improving production

   efficiency.

3.Low temperature curing technology, suitable for a wide range of substrates. Because the UVLED curing system is used, the

light does not need infrared heating, the temperature is very low during production, and there will not be high-temperature

baking materials like traditional UV lamps, which will cause deformation or cracking, and even heat-resistant materials

   (plastic, foam)will catch fire phenomenon.

4.Safer and more environmentally friendly technologies. All UVLED systems use environmentally friendly technology! Without

UVC rays, when curing and drying, it emits less radiation to the human body than traditional UV wavelengths, does not release

ozone, and is safer for the operator's body.
